Lawn MowerBeginning on Memorial Day each year, the Township will mow tall grass on vacant private property and invoice the property owner for the cost of the work plus a $50 administrative fee. Once a property is mowed under enforcement, it remains on a watch list until someone else takes responsibility to maintain it.

Help keep your neighborhood looking beautiful by mowing your lawn regularly. Grass must be kept mowed below 7" for all residential, developed, subdivided and landscaped areas of the Township, including business districts. The 7" height requirement includes fence lines, garden edge lines and building perimeters. A well kept lawn adds beauty and curb appeal to your property and contributes to a clean and sanitary environment.
