The Office of Community Standards (OCS) consists of the Building Department, Planning & Zoning Department, and Ordinance Department working together to uphold every aspect of community standards, abate public nuisances and correct zoning and land use issues. This department is responsible to verify safe compliance with codes that are designed to protect the public and ensure safe construction.
