The Residential Services Department oversees the Environmental Services Department, Parks & Grounds, Recreation, Building Operations, Motorpool, Green Oaks Golf Course, and Curbside Services. Curbside Services includes trash removal and recycling collection weekly all year. Yard waste pick-up is also provided seasonally for our single family residents.

This department also enforces the phosphorous ordinance and manages reports of sidewalk concerns.
