The Civic Center offices will be open to the public for regular hours on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 from 8:30am - 4:30pm (closed 12:00pm - 1:00pm for lunch daily). Although the building is open, some services will still be limited as we continue to move through the re-opening stages. In an effort to protect our employees and residents safety protocols have been put in place at our facilities to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  • Mask or facial covering should be worn in all public areas. If a visitor arrives without covering, then one will be offered by a greeter.
  • Visitors will be screened for symptoms and COVID-19 exposure.
  • Physical distancing of 6 feet or more will be required. Markings and stanchions have been placed to help direct traffic flow.
  • Cleaning and sanitation procedures have been updated to provide more thorough and frequent cleaning of common areas and equipment.

If residents are more comfortable conducting business remotely, please continue to utilize the online services available on our website, or contact us by email or phone.
