The Sugarbrook Steering Committee along with Habitat for Humanity have developed Action Teams in order to engage residents and create a neighborhood enjoyable for all. The "Kettering" Action Team, comprised of residents and U of M School of Social Work graduate students, invites all Sugarbrook residents to take the "2019 Kettering Survey".

What do YOU envision for the old Kettering school property (1633 Knowles St, Ypsilanti, MI 48198) in the center of the neighborhood?

The data collected from this survey will be presented at the Tuesday, April 23, 2019 Neighborhood Watch Meetingas well as at the May meeting of the Ypsilanti Community School Board.

If you are a resident of the Sugarbrook neighborhood, please take the 2019 Kettering Survey

Ypsilanti Township operates an extensive Neighborhood Watch network comprised of individual groups that work cooperatively to improve the safety and quality of life in our community.

Neighborhood watch groups meet at a suitable location in their area or at one of the Township buildings. Most groups are organized and managed by a resident coordinator and a core group of active members.

Persons interested in developing a neighborhood watch program may contact Crystal Campbell in the Township Supervisor’s Office.
