Ypsilanti Township Office and Community Center services will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2020 & Friday, November 27, 2020 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
Effective Friday, November 20, 2020 - Friday, December 11, 2020, all Ypsilanti Township Civic Center and Community Center services will be available for in-person meetings only through pre-scheduled appointments. Customer services for all administrative issues will be maintained via email, phone, or a scheduled appointment Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (closed for lunch 12:00pm – 1:00pm).

Curbside Services
Curbside Collection (Trash, Recycling, and Yard Waste Collection) will be on a one-day delay for Thursday and Friday routes only. If your normal collection day is Thursday, collection will occur on Friday, November 27, 2020; if your normal collection day is Friday, collection will occur on Saturday, November 28, 2020.
This week, November 23rd - 28th, is the last week for Yard Waste Collection. Please be aware Thursday & Friday routes are on a one-day delay (no service on Thanksgiving). Residents of residential dwellings may dispose of yard waste for free at the Compost Site.
Brush/Chipping Collection has been SUSPENDED effective June 1, 2020 until further notice. Residents of residential dwellings in Ypsilanti Township may dispose of brush/branches (free of charge within size limit of less than 1' in diameter) at the Ypsilanti Township Compost Site.

The Compost Site will be CLOSED Monday, November 30th - Friday, December 4th; opening again Saturday, December 5th and continuing their Saturday ONLY schedule until March.

The Compost Site will accept (free of charge) your brush, yard waste bags, and recycling from Ypsilanti Township residents. Proof of residency required (ID/Driver's License).
