As a result of the extension to the latest emergency order and Pause to Save Lives released by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, all Ypsilanti Township Civic Center and Community Center services will be available for in-person meetings only through pre-scheduled appointments until further notice.
The Community Center will be closed for in-person appointments January 19th - February 12th for floor repair work throughout the center. They will still be available by phone or email.

2020 Winter Taxes are due by Tuesday, February 16, 2021. All payments received or postmarked from Wednesday, February 17, 2021 - Monday, March 1, 2021 will incur a 3% penalty. We will accept tax payments through the end of business day on Monday, March 1, 2021. Beginning Tuesday, March 2, 2021, Township taxes for real property will be transferred to the Washtenaw County Treasurers Office.
Notice is hereby given by the Washtenaw County Office of Community and Economic Development that a public hearing will be held to solicit citizen input on housing and community development needs in the Washtenaw Urban County for consideration in the development of the 2021-22 Annual Action Plan. The Annual Action plan will identify specific projects and programs that the County intends to implement with CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds in the Washtenaw Urban County during the period July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022.
The public comment period on housing and community development needs in the Washtenaw Urban County will begin on December 18, 2020 and end on January 18, 2021.
Online Survey: People living in Washtenaw County are encouraged to complete a brief (10 minute) survey on non-housing community needs to be considered for future project planning. Survey will be open through January 22, 2021.
