Ann Arbor Freecycle
This organization recycles by sharing via neighbor to neighbor. This is an online email based organization for Ann Arbor and all surrounding communities which allows you to offer or ask for free items. Membership is free and there are currently over 4,000 members.
Ann Arbor Drop-Off Station

The Drop-Off Station accepts regular recyclable items, as well as a wide variety of harder-to-recycle items—such as computers, televisions, freon appliances and tires. No paints, liquids, or home toxics are accepted.

Occasionally accepts small appliances and a variety of other kitchen items (dishes, cups, pots & pans). Due to limited space, call first to arrange pick-up of larger items or to drop off items.
